HOME WATCH SERVICE of Sevier County was created to ease the concerns distant homeowners who have no way to keep an eye on their property.  Everyday occurances, such as storms, water leaks, rodent intrusion, and (unfortunately) burglaries could go undetected for some time.  As a Real Estate Agent in the Sevier County area, many of my clients have asked me whether this kind of service was available, and until now it hasn't been.

Consequently, I have put together a Home Inspection Service to satisfy the need in this area. Inspections are available on a variety of time frames to suit our clients, at reasonsable rates.
